• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or artificially inflate scores or leaderboard rankings
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

To access score tracking and leaderboard features, you must sign in using a Google account via our authentication provider, Clerk. By signing in, you authorise us to access basic profile information from your Google account (name, email address, and profile picture) for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hangmanscorefeedback@gmail.com.

The global leaderboard displays your display name (from your Google profile) and your total score alongside other players. By using the Service and appearing on the leaderboard, you consent to your display name and score being publicly visible.

We reserve the right to remove any player from the leaderboard or reset scores at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hangman Score and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The word "Hangman" refers to the traditional public domain game concept. The Hangman Score branding, design, scoring system, and software implementation are original works owned by us.

The Service may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks including Google AdSense. These advertisements are clearly distinguished from game content. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any products, services, or claims made in those advertisements.

Third-party advertising partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect data about your browsing behaviour to serve personalised advertisements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service or any server making it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangman Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Service; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content.
